Shows

We attend the largest craft shows in Western Canada with our deluxe booth with over 88 flavours of fudge, not mention our sought after gourmet chocolate gifts.

We enjoy seeing our repeat customers every year who often tell us they come down to the shows specifically to get some of their favorite fudge!

Our fudge is individually cellophane wrapped in attractive pieces. This keeps it very fresh and nicely wrapped for gift giving and stocking stuffers, or for purchasing a selection of various kinds for your own enjoyment.

Come down and enjoy a free fudge tasting of your own!

We are sure your comment will echo our clients......."This is the Best Fudge I Have Ever Eaten!"

Fudge FAQ's

"How long will Fudge last?"

Our Fudge is wrapped individually in cellophone. It will stay fresh for about six to eight weeks. It will tend to dry out before any off-taste will develop. For long periods of non-snacking we recommend that you place the fudge in a zip-lock bag and freeze it. Fudge frozen for up to a year does not change color, taste or texture. However, we'd be suprised if avoids being eaten for that long.

"What should be done if my Fudge does dry out?"

Simply place the fudge in a microwave proof container and warm it for 10 second intervals at 50% power. Add a teaspoon of water to mix in with the warm fudge. Enjoy.

"How can Fudge be used in recipes, other than just eating it?"

Melt fudge over ice cream, slice it for a party or pot-luck, dice it and sprinkle it over desserts, melt and spread thin layers in a birthday cake, dribble melted chocolate fudge over cookies or biscotti. Use our home-made fudge for making gourmet desserts such as placing a frozen cube in your cake batter for a 'Lava Fudge Cake'. Melt it and dip fresh fruit and biscuits for a decadent fudge fondue.
